At Moments of Happiness…Designs and Novelties, Inc. we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately due to the fact that some of our products are intended for one time usage and many items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any personalized items, undergarments, shoes, purses, invitations, veils, tiaras, jewelry, perishable merchandise, special order items, handmade sachets, and samples and ribbons are not returnable. For any return or exchange you must call within 3 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any return/exchange without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will issue a refund or exchange depending on the product less any shipping charges. Returns/exchanges must be returned in its original packaging. We must receive returns/exchanges within 7 days of the customer receiving the return authorization issued! We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Shipping Policy: Most items are shipped within 7-10 business days. All personalized items take a minimum of 5 business days for processing. Any order that does not include a contact telephone number or current address may cause some delay in receiving your order in a timely fashion. Shipping may be delayed during busy holiday seasons such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. If you have planned an event during these seasons, please place your order at least one month before the event to ensure that you get your order in a timely fashion. Also because we have such a high demand for products we have decided to use more than one shipping provider. Therefore we require that you provide some of your personal information to ensure that you receive your package.
